with remote control
Laptop that is setup to run presentations,
preloaded with Microsoft Office including
Power Point, plus a wireless internet
connection.
DVD/CD player and a Video player are
available to play music and to show
promotional videos, film clips and
photographs.
Speaker phone with long distance service
available.
Technical
assistance is available to assist with
set-up and on-hand throughout the
meeting.

Conference Room Rental - $20.00/hr
Domestic long distance telephone - Additional $15.00
